Heartland Institute Senior Fellow for Environmental Policy James Taylor recently had a chance to chat with Tom Tanton, principal of California-based energy technology and policy consulting group T2 & Associates.
A Californian, Tanton is paying close attention to the debate over Prop 23, the California ballot measure that would temporarily suspend the state’s draconian global warming mandate.
This podcast is part of the Heartland Institute’s efforts to inform voters before a vote that will have and enormous long-term effect on California’s economic freedom. For more Heartland Institute research on Prop 23, go here.
