“Forecast the Facts” — a fake organization created by environmental groups using Peter Gleick’s fake memo to wage a campaign of misinformation against Heartland’s donors and the scientists we work with — has posted a one-page document on its Web site misrepresenting Heartland’s positions on tobacco control.
