On July 8, Research Fellow Joy Pullmann joined hosts Shane Vander Hart and Brian Myers on Caffeinated Thoughts broadcast in Des Moines, Iowa to discuss her new book Education Invasion: How Common Core Fights Parents for Control of American Children. Pullmann goes over the history of Common Core, what she learned about it through her observations, and how parents can fight back. The full hour long show can be listened to here, which we highly recommend.
Pick up a copy of Pullman’s book, or her other booklet The Common Core: A Bad Choice For America, and while you’re here, check out Pullmann and other powerful voices of women in education as they discuss their stories directly at the Heartland Institute here.
