On May 24, Heartland Institute Science Director Jay Lehr appeared on the Mike Siegel Show to debate Peter Tichton on climate change.
The debate went on for more than a half hour with Lehr explaining the science behind global warming and why humans can not control it anymore than they can control the recent volcano eruptions in Hawaii. Tichton, a lawyer by trade, falls back on the standard ad hominem attacks against the scientific community against alarmist consensus, equating Lehr to a Holocaust denier.
Did Lehr win? Listen and judge for yourself.
