It falls to the voters themselves to rescue the rule of law and the Constitution from the President Obama’s lawlessness.

How long will the insurance industry abide being treated like shoe shine boys? Mr. Obama will not be in office forever. His regime is already coming to an end. What will these companies do then?
Even as ObamaCare is trying to self destruct, its advocates suggest a détente in which “Republicans recognize the conservative nature of the law,” in the words of Austin Frakt in Bloomberg News. The Affordable Care Act (ACA), they point out, incorporates some ideas from a Heritage Foundation proposal and a law promoted by Mitt Romney. Those are not, however, conservative ideas, much less good ideas, and are not a “sound chassis” for anything.
The Obamacare “disaster” is everywhere. Recently, a poll in Transom showed that 42% of Indpendents trust democrats in regards to healthcare, whereas 58% trust Republicans. Ben Domenech, senior fellow from The Heartland Institute, says the poll shows a major shift in attitudes; historically, democrats have been viewed in favor regarding health care.
Here is the reform plan to repeal AND REPLACE Obamacare that the Republicans should have long ago drafted, introduced and passed through the House of Representatives. Expand the tax preference now provided to employer provided health insurance to everyone through a universal, refundable tax credit for the purchase of health insurance equal roughly to $2,500 per person, $8,000 per family.
ObamaCare is a disaster. It is doing incredible damage to our nation – well beyond just the health insurance sector. Just about everything President Barack Obama and his fellow zealot ideologue cheerleaders promised it would deliver was an exact-opposite lie.
There are many things that might have been done to reform healthcare in the United States after Barack Obama was elected. The Affordable Care Act does begin to address some of these problems.. but only one small segment of one portion.
