Lisa Grover, senior director of state advocacy at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools joins Joy Pullmann on the Heartland Daily Podcast to talk about getting charter schools into Kentucky and the other charter-less states. She also discusses why charter school supporters don’t just want any old charter school law to pass.
