On June 6, Science Director Jay Lehr was a guest on AG Wired’s podcast ZimmCast to discuss the impact that Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris Climate Accord will have on the agricultural industry and farmers as a whole. Lehr, a veritable expert on all things climate change, delves into the issue at hand, dispelling the myth that 97% of scientists believe in global warming, which is good news for farmers who are so reliant on the weather for their business. In fact, farmers have already been working to reduce their carbon dioxide emissions for years on their own without the need of a globalist accord dictating what they can and cannot do, while taking their hard earned money and appropriating it throughout the world. In regards to those farmers who would be rightfully worried about the climate’s impact on their business, Lehr assures that the climate is in fact always changing, and that even if every country on earth followed the exact protocols of the Paris Accord, according to their own calculations that at the end of the century, the world would two tenths of a degree cooler than today.
