In December 2021, the World Health Assembly established an intergovernmental negotiating body (INB) to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or other international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. As such, WHO CA+ is an extremely important story.

Professor Boyle is the author of the major international Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 and an expert in reading/writing treaties. He is also a human rights lawyer and professor at Univ. of Illinois College of Law, as well as author of a recent book entitled, “Resisting Medical Tyranny or as Schwab’s WEF “brain”.

The Communist inspired WHO’s new pandemic treaty WHO CA+ is specifically written to overrule the United States Constitution, and all domestic laws in every nation, Boyle warns, and is designed to unleash a global medical dictatorship that would overrule your local doctors, hospitals and clinics, forcing them to follow WHO directives on things like masks, quarantines, social distancing and economic lockdowns.
In essence, the new WHO pandemic treaty turns the entire world into a China-style medical police state where sovereign nations, states and individuals themselves have no recognized health freedom rights whatsoever.
When Biden signs this treaty, what China did to its own people during COVID lockdowns will come to America. It is written in a way to bypass the required approval of the US Senate. The fasco-Marxists always turn over every stone.
Biden reportedly intends on signing this as quickly as possible once the final language is completed. And from that day forward, governments around the world merely need to unleash their own cooked-up biological weapons on their own people to set the provisions of this treaty into motion. Dr. Boyle specifically said in the interview that governments are unleashing “Nuremberg-level crimes against civilians,” and that this new WHO treaty grants genocidal governments the “teeth” they need to lock down, imprison or exterminate their own populations. “Nuremberg-level crimes against civilians” – take a moment to think what that will look like.

Current Update
The third meeting of the INB (INB3) will take place on December 5 -7 in Geneva, Switzerland. At this meeting, the INB will consider the “Conceptual Zero Draft (CZD) of the instrument, developed by the Bureau of the INB following widespread consultation, and will discuss the way forward for the INB process, including development of a Zero Draft of the instrument and establishment of drafting group modalities.”
“The INB Bureau has proposed a timeline and approach for the INB’s consideration to operationalize this way forward, which includes the key milestones established by the World Health Assembly, namely the INB’s presentation of a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly, in May 2023, and the INB’s final outcome to the 77th World Health Assembly, in May 2024.”
“The INB3 meeting will be webcast on the WHO website, and archived for later viewing. Further, a procedural report will be posted on the governing bodies section of the WHO website.”
