A new, national study is pointing to yet another instance in which the promised benefits of Obamacare have failed to materialize as forecast. The report, published Monday in the professional[…]
Look, we get why Democrats want to use the giant-ness of the federal government to punish their enemies and reward their friends. Crony Socialism is in their ideological DNA. And they grow government as huge as possible – to then have the largest possible weapon to wield.

Hundreds of billions of that is borrowed, which is debt and interest for which We the People are responsible – more garbage. Then there’s what they do with so much of that money – create ever more regulations. More garbage.
I report tonight with shock and sadness that long-time Heartland Institute policy advisor Alan Caruba has passed away. Alan was a patriot, an online entrepreneur, and a brave and tireless writer. We were honored to publish his work at this blog, and to call him a friend.

A new national policy analysis forecasts a fast-approaching “death spiral” for Obamacare, as catastrophic losses from the health insurance program mount even more quickly than experts expected. “Pundits like Paul Krugman saw the[…]
What if global climate change could actually reduce ground-level ozone levels? A group of scientists at the University of Houston say that higher land temperatures could actually be cleaning the air in coastal cities worldwide – and that could spell disaster for our current environmental policies.
A new economic “scoring” policy at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), so-called “dynamic scoring,” may dramatically impact Obamacare, revealing further financial flaws in the already controversial healthcare entitlement program. Presently,[…]
It was reported by Johathan Allen of Vox, that according to an International Business Times investigation “at least 181 companies, individuals, and foreign governments have given to the Clinton Foundation also lobbied the State Departmentwhen Hillary Clinton ran the place”, and “Bill Clinton accepted more than $2.5 million in speaking fees from 13 major corporation and trade associations that lobbied the U.S. State Department while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.
