Hacking

The press is being played like a “phish” by President Obama over the Russian hacking incident.

Despite widespread hysteria to the contrary, the U.S. has absolutely no evidence that the election itself was actually “hacked,” and no conclusive proof even that the leaked Democratic emails are or were a Russian attempt to boost Donald Trump’s electoral chances.

There is no reason the law should favor state power at the expense of individual rights in combating computer crime or defending the nation’s information systems from foreign attack.
